Cricket Wizard - Sachin Tendulkar
While writing my earlier posts England vs india and Australia vs India, I thought of writing about cricket wizard Sachin Tendulkar. Than I thought it is not possible to write something about this great player in some lines and I decided to write a new post about him. Also the recent comment of Shoaib Akhtar in 'Controversially Yours' inspired me to write something. According to my view if a child knows about cricket than the first player whose name he will remember will be Sachin only. If a small boy plays good cricket than we all say that this boy will become Sachin one day. Sachin is an alternate name of perfection in cricket.
Shoaib Akthar in his recent autobiography 'Controversially Yours' has written some nonsense about Sachin and other team players. But as always Sachin has nothing to say on this topic. This sense of coolness and maturity can only be shown by Sachin. We all know that Sachin is giving his 100% in every match from last 20 years, so he don’t need to prove anything.
If I started writing about awards and achievements of Sachin Tendulkar than it may take days to write me. In short we can say that Sachin has achieved each and every milestone in his career which other players can only thought of achieving in dreams. He is the only cricket player on this planet to hit a double century in ODI format of cricket. He is about to achieve another milestone of hundred centuries. He is most run scorer in both test matches and one day internationals. Even Donald Bradman said that Sachin plays like him.
If Dhyanchand was wizard in Hockey with stick than no doubt Sachin is cricket wizard with bat for India. Every player sees lots of ups and down in his career that don't means he is not a good player. Specially if Sachin not play well in some match than everybody starts blaming him and sachin know this very well. He is going through all this from last 20 years and every time he proved his critics wrong. So best of luck Shoaib Akthar, but this time you had messed with wrong person.:P
